System and Method for Controlling an Electrical Energy Production Installation

System (1) for controlling an electrical energy production installation comprising at least one component, in which at least one control agent (2) of the installation, able to define a total cost of operation of the installation, a required level of electrical production of the installation, and able to issue settings of electrical energy production of at least one component, at least one low-level agent (3, 4, 5, 6), receiving a production or electrical energy consumption setting from the control agent (2) of the installation and issuing a cost value destined for said control agent, each low-level agent (3, 4, 5, 6) being able to control autonomously a component of the electrical energy production installation so as to achieve the electrical energy production setting.
